Inspiring Growth

I believe that growth occurs when people believe that they can make things different in their own lives. My role as a therapist is to support and encourage you as you take steps toward making changes in your life.

Building your Garden

Keeping in mind that we all spring from multiculturally diverse backgrounds, I work with you in order to help you decide what you want to change in your life. How you see the world will profoundly influence how you will want to make that change occur.
